1 tbsp (15 ml) avocado or olive oil

8 cups (800 g) cauliflower rice

2 tbsp (2 g) chopped cilantro

ΒΌ cup (60 ml) lime juice

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt

1 cup (149 g) chopped cherry tomatoes

1 avocado, pitted, peeled and sliced

Meat

In a large plastic bag or glass dish, combine the carne asada, lime juice, orange juice, salt, paprika, garlic powder and 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of oil. Close the bag almost completely, then suck out the remaining air in the bag to vacuum seal it. If you are short on time, let it sit out on the counter for at least 30 minutes or in the fridge for up to 12 hours.

Place a large skillet over medium heat and pour 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of oil in the pan. Place the carne asada in the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side. When the meat is cooked, set it aside and let sit for 10 minutes before slicing into strips.
