SETTING AND ATMOSPHERE The three big pizza ovens, named after the three active Italian volcanoes, Etna, Vesuvius, and Stromboli, are the stars of the show in this loud, cavernous dining room with tile floors and stucco walls. There are enough staff and guests moving around that it feels like a bustling Italian market. Shaded outdoor seating is also available.

HOUSE SPECIALTIES The best pizza in Walt Disney World. The rest of the menu is average, with the possible exception of the salads.

SUMMARY AND COMMENTS Because the pizzas are cooked at infernolike temperatures, they don’t stay in the oven for long and vegetable toppings stay crunchy. The Capricciosa (eggplant, artichokes, prosciutto, and mushrooms) and four-cheese pies are our favorites. Servers must attend so many diners that mistakes happen often; pay attention to what’s put down in front of you, and errors will be corrected, usually in your favor.
