But being a dime a dozen in the Demon Realm didn’t mean there wasn’t a market for them among humans!

Shen Qingqiu snapped his fan shut and spoke solemnly. “This remote and destitute town, where neither birds shit nor chickens lay eggs, has poor production rates and a stagnant economy, and the level of general happiness is lower than average. It is wrong for you to profit from their misfortune.”

The minor demon was at a loss. He was pretty sure that in the moment he was captured, this…lofty master had also been stealing—ah, no, borrowing?—clothes, as well as the fan with which he was happily fanning himself.
