In China, it is better to follow proven economics, such as real estate and consumer spending. Don’t wait for new sources of revenue to emerge from the ether. Look at where the big money is already moving, piggy-back that and focus on eliminating your competition.

For deathcare, that means following a quasi real-estate strategy. Buy land and do real estate development. Or buy and sell plots. Services can complement this but the proven, big economic engine is real estate.
