¼ cup coconut oil, melted

½ teaspoon salt

2 cups broccoli florets

1 In a small bowl, whisk oil and salt together until salt dissolves.

2 Dip the top of each floret in the oil mixture and place half the florets on the slotted crisper tray of an air fryer. Spread out to ensure even cooking.

3 Cook at 400°F for 9 minutes in the air fryer, stopping to shake the basket halfway through. Repeat until all broccoli is cooked. Serve immediately.
