The evening was humming with life, city lights brightening the night as Isabella and I strolled down the bustling streets. The cityscape was filled with architectural prowess, a juxtaposition of historic and contemporary design harmoniously blending together.

I noticed the absence of personal cars on the roads, with public transportation being the favored choice. Most of the few vehicles around were meant for transporting goods, and their drivers maneuvered with an efficiency that was fascinating to observe.

Is this the extent to which modern society has evolved? I mused, my eyes scanning the smooth flow of transportation around us.

The air was crisp and chilly, Isabella was clad in casual attire, a stark contrast from her hunting gear. She could easily pass off as someone who works in a retail store, her fiery spirit and toughness temporarily sheathed by her contemporary apparel. I found this duality in her as intriguing as the city we found ourselves in.

As we boarded a sleek, high-tech public transport vehicle, I noted the ease and efficiency of the system, a stark contrast from the ancient modes of transport I was familiar with. Our conversation echoed the hum of the vehicle, discussing the very fabric of the city's transportation network.

"Only the very rich use ground cars," Isabella said, her voice melding with the low murmur of the other passengers. "The public transportation here is too efficient. Plus, it's not like people will be driving beyond the city. There aren't any roads connecting the cities, only the train network."

It was a fascinating concept, this interconnected network of urban habitats, so vastly different from the unending stretches of open land and isolated cities I remembered. I nodded in understanding, the mesh of information settling into my mind.

Our conversation shifted from the transport to the events of the day, the awe-struck faces of the hunters fresh in my mind. Isabella's gaze was curious as she asked, "How are you going to make all the amulets that people have placed orders for?"

I looked at her, a small smirk playing on my lips. How indeed? The question was valid. After all, the curiosity stirred up in the hunters lodge was bound to result in more orders, more people wanting to experience that touch of magic.

"I guess I'll have to figure it out," I replied, the twinkle in my stormy eyes revealing more than my words. "After all, magic is all about finding solutions, isn't it?" The city lights reflected in her eyes as she looked at me, her curiosity piqued, a mirror of the intrigue that had filled the hunter's lounge.

The soft city lights cast long shadows as Isabella and I strolled along the wide pedestrian sidewalk. A lazy summer breeze picked up, teasing her hair and fluttering the hem of her casual attire. I could see the glow in her eyes, a spark ignited by the vibrancy of city life after the thrill of the hunt. She had a point, and as I looked around, I saw potential everywhere.
