PRAYERS AGAINST CARIBBEAN WITCHCRAFT

Information about Caribbean Witchcraft: Witchcraft is a craft practiced by agents of Satan that engages certain “manipulations” which are carried out by spirits who are assigned to execute it, spread it and guard it on the earth. These manipulations of witchcraft are to influence, dominate, manage or control the life of another person for the purpose of destruction, whether directly or indirectly.

Caribbean witchcraft is a derivative of African witchcraft, which came to the west during the time African slaves were brought to the New World. These new slaves covertly mixed their Yoruba practice with Roman Catholicism belief in order to hide it from their slave owners who disliked the practice, which today is best known as Santeria.

One of the three spiritual forces that the Yoruba people of West Africa recognized was called Olodumare as creator god; the other two were orishas or messenger spirits (similar to Christian angels) and the spirits of the dead, called the eggun. Though they understood that the orishas were many, they propagated their worship around seven main ones and brought to the Caribbean as such. These are the ones they worship, which are demons of high rank, with their functions and their deceptive-disguised Roman Catholic names:
