Work your way to the other features as well as the hair. Keep in mind that you want this to be a very fresh effort, so don’t overwork it. Using a no. 6 or no. 8 filbert bristle, mass in the dark tones of the hair with a mixture of Ultramarine Blue and Ivory Black. For the warm tones in the hair use Transparent Oxide Red, Cadmium Yellow, Ivory Black and Titanium White. For the flesh tones, use Cadmium Red Light, Yellow Ochre and Titanium White. Add touches of Cadmium Yellow Light to the lighter areas of the face.
