Increased mobility has created more freedom for individuals and allowed them to individually shape their working schedules. We are a society that has individualised privately and professionally, and we will continue to do so in the future. However, individualists pursue behaviour patterns, whether in their careers or private lives, that are oriented towards community. If we ask what the most important values are in life, we receive the following surprising answers:

This reveals that individualists long for community and are ready to engage. Privately and professionally, individuals seek out contact with others. Individualisation and public spirit are not contradictory. A strong individual is a prerequisite for a strong community. As in sports, the stronger the individual team players, the stronger the team.
