Broccoli and Orecchiette Pasta with Feta

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 14 minutes

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

1 pack (9 ounces) orecchiette

1 tablespoon feta, grated

16 ounces broccoli, roughly chopped

2 garlic cloves

1 teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

3 tablespoons olive oil

Directions:

Add broccoli and orecchiette into your instant pot

Cover with water and close the lid

Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes

Quick release the pressure

Drain the broccoli and orecchiette

Set them aside and then heat the oil on sauté mode

Stir-fry garlic for 2 minutes

Stir in orecchiette, broccoli, salt, and pepper

Cook for 2 minutes more

Once cooked, then press cancel and stir in grated feta

Serve and enjoy!
