Avocado Croque Madam Chaffle

Cooking Time :15 Minutes

INGREDIENTS:

Batter

4 eggs

2 cups grated mozzarella cheese

1 avocado, mashed

Salt and pepper to taste

6 tablespoons almond flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon dried dill

2 tablespoons cooking spray to brush the waffle maker

4 fried eggs

2 tablespoons freshly chopped basil

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat the waffle maker.

Add the eggs, grated mozzarella, avocado, salt and pepper, almond flour, baking powder and dried dill to a bowl.

Mix with a fork.

Brush the heated waffle maker with cooking spray and add a few tablespoons of the batter.

Cover and cook for about 7 minutes depending on your waffle maker.

Serve each chaffle with a fried egg and freshly chopped basil on top.
