Stuffed Bell peppers

Stuffed bell peppers are protein-rich and packed with lots of healthy veggies like broccoli, chives, and sprouts. Also, it has protein-rich chicken breast strips and seasoned with sriracha sauce. A perfect recipe to include in your superfoods!

Serving Size: 4

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

5 oz baby bell peppers

2 tsp Sriracha aioli

5 oz chicken breast, cooked

80 cup broccoli

40 cup chives

40 cup sprouts

80 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

Cut the top of the bell peppers. Discard the seeds.

Spoon sriracha aioli into peppers.

Stuff with chicken breast strips, chives, and broccoli into peppers.

Garnish with sprouts and drizzle olive oil.

Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.

Stuffed bell peppers are ready.
