By the time the sun came up, Mia and I had drained our reserves of sexual energy. Exhausted and satiated, we’d fallen asleep knotted together and covered in sticky sweat. My scent was all over her, and my hair smelled of her perfume, while my mouth was full of her taste. I could have spent the rest of the day lying with Mia like that, except noises from the kitchen alerted me to Nora being awake.

I groaned, and reluctantly woke Mia with a kiss. “Hey, baby, Nora’s up. We should…”

Sleepy eyes slowly focused, and she swept her fingers gently across my face. Then, with a heavy sigh, she nodded.

As we dressed, she glanced over at me. “We should come clean with Nora, don’t you think?”

Taking her in my arms, I nodded. There was no way I was going to be able to keep this secret another day. “Yeah, we should.”

Taking her hand, I led her downstairs and into the kitchen. As we entered, Nora looked up at us, her eyes falling straight to our entwined fingers.

“Finally!” she squealed, and ran to hug us both.
