Logan longed to stay in Maddy’s bed with her, holding her as she slept. But that wouldn’t be fair to her. He and his brothers had deliberately given her an extremely intense twenty-four hours. They’d introduced her to BDSM play. They’d also taken her to the beach to show her the incredible beauty of their island home. They’d teased and aroused her, and finally they’d fucked her.

It was a pity he couldn’t bring her hot food and hot drinks, but she need to sleep and anything that was hot now would likely be cold and disgusting by the time she woke, so this would have to do.

He silently opened her door and placed the tray on the small table in her room. He didn’t think she’d moved at all while he was gone. Her red hair was spread out on the pillow, and her body was a small lump under the navy blanket.

“Sweet dreams, little one,” he whispered and left her.

He hurried back to their cottage and walked straight out to the kitchen, where he knew his brothers would be waiting for him. Their cottage wasn’t all that much bigger than the Caves of Correction. There was a combined kitchen and living room, three bedrooms, each approximately the size of a bed, and the basement that was part dungeon and part recreation room.

As teenagers, they’d spent most of their free time in the basement, unless they were eating. Now they’d reversed their habits, spending most of their spare time in the kitchen, using the table for work and relaxation as well as for eating.

“It’s much too soon to make any decisions yet, but—”

“We both want her,” interrupted Carter.

“Panther matings are for life. There’s no divorce in shape-shifter law,” he reminded them.
