In this period, many of the human-like figures are portrayed in boats. The photo shows different human figures in one of the largest boats with an elk-head stem.

A herd of reindeer moving forward. The antlers are large, like those of bulls; this suggests that it is summer, when the bulls are gathered in small herds. Once again, the figures are carved besides a vein of quartz, as if the quartz may have had a specific association with the animals. The large reindeer at the bottom contrasts in size and shape with the animals above it, and it is uncertain whether the lower figure, either a bull or a female, is part of the composition.
