I have seen many plays in my day. For free, of course. Even when I was alive, I would be able to scurry under the feet of those enjoying a play and view the performance from the comfort of the floor. As a ghost, this task is even easier. Whenever there is a spare seat, I can make myself even more comfortable on it as nobody notices I’m there. There is a nap risk, though, as they can sometimes be too comfortable.

However, I was not fond of the advent of cinema. Everything was too polished. Something was missing from the performances. You couldn’t look into an actor's eye and see if they were truly melded with the part they played or merely going through the motions.

That human everyone is fawning around? Now he is a good actor. He almost believes his part.
