Since I knew nothing about housekeeping, I left the house to the mercy of Larsa and Gordey while I continued my work on the yard. First I drew out sketches for everything, then, following the blueprints, laid out paths of smooth river stones and covered them in sand. It took a long time and a huge number of trips to the beach, but it was worth it! These sandy paths completely transformed the yard into something somehow neat and residential. Even Morig expressed his approval and hinted that he wouldn’t mind if I did the same for him. But I said I’d first finish my work here, then go to the city, draw up the documents, but that afterwards, I would be glad to help him.
