People You Love. Write a list of people you love in your Journal. Looking at the list, decide on three or four of these people who – even though you love them – don’t receive as much attention from you as you would really like to give, or feel they deserve.

Write the name of each person you have chosen in the middle of a blank page. Now all around it (use colored pens or pencils if you’d like) write all the things that you love, admire and respect about them. Decorate your page with motifs or a border that reminds you of that person.

Then create a gift for each person: Take them out to lunch; make them a card; mow their lawn for them; give them a massage. Make it clear you are giving this because of how you feel about them.
