The pressure of deadlines, meetings, phone calls and working long hours can all build up and cause us to doubt our ability to handle things, which can upset confidence levels. Look up bus or train times in advance to ensure you know about any delays, and make a list of the tasks you wish to complete the day before, so when you get to your place of work, your day is already planned out. Taking these steps can give you more confidence in your workload management.
