INSTANT POT VEGETABLE BROTH RECIPE

This is an awesomely easy and delicious vegetable stock broth made in your instant pot. A bowl of this broth is all you would ask for in those cold afternoons or in the cold weeknights. Try this broth for your family and they will go nuts.

TIME: 30 MINUTES | SERVING: 8

INGREDIENTS

5 carrots

1 cup mushrooms

1 onion

4 celery stalks

METHOD

Chop all the veggies roughly.

Add the veggies in the instant pot then add 10 cups of water.

Lid the instant pot and set time for thirty minutes ensuring the vent is sealed.when time is done naturally release pressure for forty minutes.

Strain the liquid and discard the vegetables. Pour the stock in serving bowls.

You may also pour in storage jars making sure you leave space for expansion when the stock freezes.

Serve and enjoy.
