Directions:

Heat up a pan with the butter over medium high heat, add cumin, mustard and coriander seeds, stir and toast for 1 minute.

Reduce heat to medium-low, add turmeric, garlic, ginger and cardamom, stir and cook for 2 minutes.

Add chard, jalapeno and onion, stir and cook for 5 minutes.

Add rhubarb, sugar, lentils, salt, pepper and 5 cups water, stir, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes.

Divide soup into bowls, top with cilantro and yogurt and serve.
