Give them the facts and give them options. Tell them how much debt they will incur. Let them know the truth. Teach them about money responsibility and have them think for themselves if it will be worth their future debt. See if this in itself can turn into a lesson in money management. A first experience of what the real world is made of.

Talk with them about the alternatives. The entire world is open to them. It’s the most exciting thing in the world. If they can get free of the brainwashing put on by guidance counselors, the government, their friends, the colleges, then they can truly break free.

They can begin to live a unique life, a special life that will allow them to quickly rise above the forest and see all the trees, a life not weighed down by the stresses of debt, and how quickly they can get promotions and raises in a dead-end career where there is no safety anyway.

They can become themselves, and the beautiful beings they were meant to be.
