UPPER BODY

10–15 REPS / 20–30 SECONDS

15–20 REPS / 30–40 SECONDS

20–25 REPS / 40–50 SECONDS

EXERCISE 1: PUSH-UP WITH A KNEE DRIVE

Place your hands on the ground, shoulder-width apart. Lower yourself down until your elbows are at 90 degrees. Push up and return to the start position, breathing out on exertion. Lift and drive one knee forward then the other, alternating between the legs.
