¾ cup butter

1-cup quick cooking oats

¼ cup toasted flour

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

1-cup brown sugar

2 ripe avocados

½ cup shredded coconuts

½ cup chopped dark chocolate

Instructions:

1. Cut the avocados into halves then discard the seeds.

2. Scoop out the avocado flesh then place in a bowl. Mash until smooth.

3. Add brown sugar and cocoa powder to the mashed avocado then mix until the mashed avocados turn into brown.

4. Next, stir in toasted flour to the mashed avocado then mix until creamy.

5. After that, add quick cooking oats, granulated sugar, and shredded coconut to the mixture then mix well.

6. Divide the cookie dough into 4 cups and sprinkle chopped dark chocolate on top.

7. Serve and enjoy.
