NOTE: I would occasionally hear from readers who said they were experiencing symptoms of vertigo during or after reading Disappearance. A friend of mine, Reverend Doug Lee, taught a class on the book and said that several of his students reported the same thing. It reminded me of years earlier when I was doing the Workbook of the Course. There were a few times when I woke up in the morning, looked up, and saw that the ceiling was spinning around in a circle. I didn’t feel sick or nauseated, but seeing the ceiling spinning like that was a mindblower. It didn’t last more than a few weeks, and it never interfered with my ability to function. When I heard the reports later of similar things happening to people while reading Disappearance, I thought it was really cool.
