Physical Body and Sleep
Alone time and time in nature are beneficial for a Reflectorâs physical body. They may feel that they have the energy to keep going all the time if theyâve been reflecting the energy levels of people around them, but this can lead to burnout if they are not prioritizing plenty of rest and sleep in their day-to-day life. Going to bed before they are very tired and having an hour to clear out and wind down before trying to sleep is ideal, and they can also experiment with sleeping alone to see how they feel. Some Reflectors find this supportive and others donât, so we encourage seeing what feels best.
