Every time she opens her mouth Susi brings up a whole portion of starving people throughout the world. Brigitte saves the whipped cream from Susi's discharge. Susi also likes to learn cooking, which one learns in her girls' grammar school, so that one day, when Susi is married, her spouse and children at least will not need to starve like many others, whom Susi could mention. Susi has very many different expressions for hunger and injustice. For Brigitte the only injustice is, that Heinz bothers with Susi. For Susi it is an injustice, that Heinz is full up and satisfied, while many starve. She says further, that it is nice to dance folk dances in a folk dance group, but that it is also nice, precisely as a contrast to folk dancing, if one is a thinking person, who worries about the misery in the world.
