From this hadith we know that the prophet (sal) was very much aware of anything that had to do with oral sex but he never forbade it.

Another hadith proves that the prophet (sal) and his companions knew very well about oral sex and even so, it was not forbidden. Here is another hadith,

Narrated by Narrated Al-Miswar bin Makhrama and Marwan:

‘Urwah ibn Mas‘ood, who came as a negotiator on behalf of the mushrikeen at al-Hudaybiyah, said to the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him): By Allah I see faces, and I see a mixture of people who are most likely going to flee and desert you. Abu Bakr said to him: Suck the clitoris of al-Laat! Would we flee and desert him? He said: Who is that? They said: Abu Bakr.

(Sahih Al Bukhari)

It is clear from the above hadith that Abu-Bakr (rali) insulted the mushrik idol of Lat by saying to Urwah ibn Mas‘ood to suck the clitoris of Al Lat. That is to engage in oral sex with this idol which was worshipped as the daughter of Allah (Allah is free from all this). Abu Bakr (rali) said this in front of the prophetc (sal) and from this hadith it is clear that oral sex was a known thing and it was not forbidden.
