Work things out with loved ones gently, over time. Donât rush decisions that can wait.

Attend to present feelings. How are you feeling right now? Can you simply âbeâ with your emotions without trying to change them? Eventually they will pass, like clouds in the sky.

You may have assumed that your parent would âalways be there.â But their passing is a part of life, like the passing of the seasons. Try to take comfort in the fact that all of life passes through the same cycles.
