4.6 Conclusion
The social media performance of all the above mentioned brands were observed online on a daily basis within one month. Brands like Massimo Dutti, Zara and Pull&Bear are owned by Inditex. Hence differences and similarities in the use of their social media can be observed to figure out if they all use an overall social media strategy or if each brand has their own strategic approach. The following Table 4 summarises the different brand details given in this chapter.
