Journey back to your sacred space.

Let the feeling of peace and awareness wash over you.

Reach out with your heart and mind to find the bliss

and contentment held here in this space for you.

Give yourself a few minutes to get to your space. If you are working with a partner, you can tell your partner when you are there and ready to move on—this is part of why working with a partner is so much easier than working on your own! These first several lines we will use to open each meditation. This helps set the ritual journey you take on each time you start your quest for a peak experience.

Open your awareness to everything around you.

What do you see?

What do you feel?

In your own mind, ask the Divine Feminine to

approach you, to enter your sacred space.

Invite her to join with you.

Open yourself to any and all possibilities.

Again, if this doesn’t work for you now, do not be discouraged. Allow yourself to be open and welcoming to any deity who shows up, but if no one does, that is okay; after all, it’s only your first try! If you do not make a connection after about twenty minutes of trying, end your meditation, but be sure to still write about what did happen. If an aspect of the Divine Feminine does enter your sacred space, continue with the meditation as follows, again leaving plenty of time between each question.

Who has come to meet with you? If you do

not recognize her, ask for her name.

Describe how she looks.

What does it feel like to be in her presence?

Does she have a message for you? If so, what is it?

When you are ready, graciously thank the deity

for appearing to you and say goodbye.

Finish up your session by writing about your experience and reading over any notes from your partner, if you had one. Answer the questions from your meditation in your journal.

Sessions 2 and 3

These two sessions will be conducted exactly the same as session one. If you were not able to make a connection, try changing your setting up a little. Adjust the lighting, try different music or different incense. While these things may not seem as important, they do play a major role in your state of mind. Give yourself more time during the meditation if you feel you need it. Before each of these sessions, be sure to document any changes you made. After the sessions, document if the changes helped, along with any other new information you obtained while working through them.

If you were able to make a connection the first time, perform these two sessions in the same manner, allowing whomever wants to come through to do so. You may find a different deity comes through each time, or perhaps it is the same one each time. If this does happen, the message this deity has for you is obviously quite important. Be sure to listen with an open heart and mind to receive the message clearly.
