Love and Social Life

The love life has been prominent for many years now and becomes even more prominent this year. It is a major area of focus, Virgo, more important than finance, career or even family.

Singles can marry in the year ahead, but if it doesn’t happen this year, it can still happen next year. There are two important relationships flagged in your Horoscope. Both involve spiritual and highly educated or religious people. One seems to have more of a religious bent, while the other is more spiritual – spiritual but not necessarily religious.

Whether you’re single or in a relationship there is going to be a lot more socializing in the year ahead: more dating, more parties, more gatherings. You are meeting new and significant people. Your social circle expands.

By nature, you tend to be idealistic in love. You want perfection here just as you want perfection in all areas of life. But ever since Neptune moved into Pisces in 2012, this idealism has become even stronger. Ideal love exists but you need to look in the right places.

With Neptune in your 7th house your spiritual compatibility with the beloved becomes ultra important. As long as you have that, almost every other problem can be resolved. However, without that, it is almost impossible to resolve any serious problem.

You are attracted to spiritual people – poets, musicians, dancers, psychics, tarot readers, spiritual channels – inspired kinds of people. These kinds of people can also impart important information about love, and perhaps even act as cupid.

With Jupiter moving into your 7th house from May 14 to July 29 (and from December 30 onwards) you are also attracted by wealth and education. There has to be emotional compatibility with any partner, as well as spiritual compatibility. Family values seem important. Family members or family connections can play a role in love – perhaps by playing cupid. There will be more socializing with the family and from home. A romantic evening at home might suit you better than a night out on the town.

You also find social and romantic opportunity in spiritual-type settings – at lectures on spiritual topics, meditation seminars or group meditations, charity events and the like. And this has been the case for many years.

Siblings and sibling figures are having their marriages or relationships tested. If they are single, marriage is not advisable.

Children and children figures are having a stable love year. Grandchildren (if you have them) of appropriate age are not likely to marry this year – nor is it advisable.
