Method:

In a bowl, mix the coconut oil, the coconut palm sugar, cocoa and vanilla extract first.

Add the oats next with the coconut flour and combine very well with wooden spoon.

Use your hands to form between 24 and 36 small balls.

Place them on parchment paper on baking sheet and refrigerate for a few hours.

Remove from the refrigerator and roll into the shredded coconut individually.

Store in cool place.

If you are going to prepare pasta during your camping trip, you don’t have to settle for Ramen noodles or regular spaghetti. You can be creative and add some quality ingredients, and you can prepare it with or without meat. If you would like to replace the meat with beans you can also do so easily.

• 1 pack uncooked package of rotini

• 1 can diced seasoned tomatoes

• ¼ cup chopped sundried tomatoes

• 1shredded zucchini

• ½ can sliced black olives

• ½ cup parmesan cheese

• Salt, pepper
