When we have a flow of good energy in our hearts and we aim to make others happy—we cannot keep happiness from our own selves. Mark Twain once said: “The best way to cheer yourself up is to try to cheer somebody else up.” Who can you cheer up this very day?

Life is a gift and the present is the time to cherish it.

Day 155.

Embrace your God-given talents. We all have unique skills and abilities. In fact, it has been said that people are equipped with at least 500 to 800 skills and abilities! We are all capable of doing many things. It could be that you are an exceptional speaker, listener, writer, vocalist, or maybe your congenial nature or charm in addition to technical skills are your crowning glories. Focus on what you excel at and share those gifts with others.
