Part Six

War Begins

Chapter Sixteen

Seduction

7 MARCH 2019

James Peak, Colorado

Even amid the erupting vampire war, another and very different war raged in Jaret’s head as he sat on a sofa in Charon’s castle. Charon persisted with his seduction despite having come in his own pants. He sat with his tongue probing Jaret’s ear and his hand placed on top of Jaret’s crotch. Jaret wanted to rip off his clothes and have sex.

Jaret imagined turning his head to kiss Charon, to jab his tongue into one of the hottest vampires he’d ever seen and taste him. He envisioned allowing Charon to take control. He knew, if Jaret gave the signal, Charon would lead them in whatever direction satisfied his longing. And Jaret loved an in-command top asserting his sexual will. He fantasized about Charon penetrating his ass and coming, about fucking over and over until, even as vampires, they spent all their available energy and collapsed into each other’s arms.

Every sensation in Jaret’s body wanted to give in to the pleasure with the god sitting next to him. Charon’s muscular body and pleas for sex were pulling Jaret into Charon’s orbit. Having no sex since Anthony died made the situation worse.

There Anthony appeared again, intruding into Jaret’s mind with reminders of their love and eternal commitment. No matter where he went or what he confronted, Anthony lingered. Jaret felt the persistent pain of losing Anthony along with the nagging sense of fealty to him. As if, even in death, Jaret would betray their love if he had sex with someone else.

Being frozen in these ponderings helped nothing because as Jaret sat in turmoil Charon continued his foreplay. Jaret fought against the urge to come, the friction of Charon’s hand against his jeans enough to release the pent-up energy. Charon pushed his own rock-hard cock against Jaret’s side. Jaret almost hit himself in the head in reprimand when a sigh of satisfaction escaped his own lips.

“See. You want my cock so bad,” Charon whispered into his ear.

Charon’s words snapped Jaret out of the moment. He pushed Charon off, leapt to his feet, and laughed as he adjusted himself and straightened his clothes. “I’m glad you always open your mouth to bring me back to reality.” Jaret took a deep breath and turned to compose himself. He closed his eyes and focused on the impending war and images of severed body parts until his hard-on went away. Jaret turned back to face Charon.

Charon flopped back on the sofa and spread his arms out wide. “I almost had you!” he shouted. “Dammit.”

“Almost.” Jaret slapped himself on the cheek and was happy to feel the excitement leave his body. “You are one sex god.” He pointed at Charon. “Another year, another context, I’d go with the flow. In my naïve youth I’d have signed up to be one of your sex-slave boys and not realize my mistake until too late. I’d envision turning into your spouse and being the perfect couple, while you cheated on me and fucked anything moving, breaking my heart every time.
