1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/3 cup cornstarch

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Directions:

Pulse flour, sugar, salt in food processor.

Add butter; pulse until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Add egg and ice water; process until dough comes together.

Chill dough for 30 minutes.

Roll out dough; transfer it to a tart pan.

Toss together blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.

Pour into prepared crust.

Bake at 375°F for 45-50 minutes.

Let cool before serving.
