Robusto Chicken

BRACIOLE
1 ½ lbs.flank steak 1-2 hard-boiled eggs
¼ pignoli nuts 1tbsp parsley
½ cup bread crumbs 1tsp salt
½ cup grated Italian cheese 1tsp black pepper
1-2 cloves garlic ¼ cup oil
1. flatten out steak
2. chop up your eggs, pignoli nuts and mix with all of the other ingredients.
3. lay out your steak and stuff with all of your ingredients, then roll up your steak
and tie with twine.
4. get your oil nice and hot and start browning for approx 5 minutes on each side.
5. now you can put your steak into your gravy (see recipe)
