Bringing Max back to my hotel room was both planned and an astronomically stupid idea on my part.

I’d had every intention of kidnapping him the second I’d noticed him wandering into the bar—my fingers already halfway to typing out a message to my associates to bring our car around so that our exit could be smooth and seamless as we shoved him into the trunk. It would’ve been easy too—he looked not only tired but lost in thought as he’d sat down and ordered himself a drink.

But as soon as he’d come around and sat down next to me, I felt that familiar pull aching in my belly. The want to have him under me, begging for me to let him cum as I rode him until his eyes rolled into the back of his head.

It was too loud to ignore.

I could control this situation. I just needed to be diligent and not let myself get lost in Max’s overly flirtatious charm like I’d been tempted to back at my family’s estate.

Which… was easier said than done. Especially when the second we got to my hotel room, he grabbed me by the waist and lifted me clear off my feet in order to press me against the wall right inside of the doorway.

I grabbed onto the back of his hair and slammed our lips together, both of our mouths parting instantly to tangle our tongues. It was an erotic display of all the pent-up frustration I’d been feeling since all of this had begun almost six weeks ago.

Max had never been something I’d expected. He was an outlier that had come crashing through the carefully constructed equation and had managed to bulldoze his way right in the middle of my path. Never in my life had I been so turned on by a man before—wanted him badly enough to take him to bed twice.

Yet here I was, pushing Max back as I demanded, “Bed. Now.”

My voice was already breathy sounding from our kiss. Barely anything had happened between us, and I was already set to come undone.

What was this man doing to me?

Max peeled me away from the wall, walking us with his arms propped up under my ass to keep me pressed against his chest as he headed over to the bed. My legs tightened around his waist, anticipation curling in my gut and making it harder for my more rational thoughts to take route.

My body was piloting my brain. My wants and desires took the forefront of my head space and made it difficult to remain objective even as he tossed me down onto the bed and crawled on top of me.

My hand reached out to grab at his shirt, pulling him down into another bruising kiss. It wasn’t often that I let myself do this—give in to my carnal pleasures without some other ulterior motive attached to it that led me down this path in the first place.

I would absolutely be interrogating Max after this, but for now, I could enjoy the ride and let myself go just this once.
