Pipeline Construction

An important output of any portfolio management process is a pipeline of projects, typically a mix of new and ongoing efforts within the organization. Additionally, infrastructure considerations manifest as projects to support these efforts are part of the portfolio management process and pipeline construction, creating a base by which these multiple projects can coexist.
