In the great majority of instances, he does NOT exercise it, which explains why so many people go through life in poverty. 19

If your mind has been exposed to a vast amount of negative information, then guarding the door to your mind to stop further influence will be imperative. To stop further negative information reaching our subconscious minds we must first realize the negative impact it has. Too many people let negative news; images, videos etc. slip into their minds without realizing the impact. Such an uncritical attitude about what the outer world feeds us can quickly result in negativity and fear sneaking into our minds. The impact is much stronger from the time we are born until six years of age since there is no conscious filter in place. As such we need to pay attention to what our children are exposed to. Even though as adults we have a conscious filter negative news and information will sneak into our subconscious mind. If you watch negative news everyday it will influence you. Far too many people allow the outside world to dictate their reality, but then again if you are God in Disguise then God is allowing your character to be ignorant about the set-up. Since you are reading this book your character is no longer ignorant. You are ready to be a conscious co-creator or maybe you already are. Yes, letting the negative information from the outside world sneak into our subconscious mind will set-up a low vibration. This will draw what we consider to be negative events and people into our lives. It´s part of the set-up for the characters we play. Each of us comes to the Earth plane to re-member who we are and we do this by creating and experiencing. We experience the highs and lows - like being on a roller coaster.
