Step 2: Write down what part of your life feels neglected. For example, your body might be rundown, your mind bored with the baby routine or emotions affected by bouts of anxiety.

Step 3: Make some changes to address your needs. You might start alternating night feeds with your partner, enrol in a course or join a support group.

Step 4: Regularly review your needs and re-visit step 1.
