Unhealthy Hatreds

There is so much hate in the world and love can solve a lot of the problems that we have in our day to day lives. We live in a world where we want to be free, but we are not free from our own unhealthy thoughts and ideas which prevent people from coming together. Having prejudice and opinions about things that we don’t fully understand is a form of ignorance that can cloud your mind from seeing things for what they really are. Hate is never a healthy way to respond to things and will ultimately prevent you from growing as a person. Hate is toxic and poisonous and will ruin relationships and the way you feel about yourself. When we hate then we feel negative emotions like frustration and fear, and they cloud our mind and our judgements and affect our decision-making processes. Sometimes hate can turn into violence if we are not careful and nothing is more destructive than being violent.

When you hate someone then you believe that they are a bad person and they are beyond help and that prevents you from empathizing with them and also prevents you from making an effort to work towards solving issues that need to be solved. Hate is the most destructive emotion that there is and is directing hatred towards something will cause nothing but damage to yourself and the thing you hate.

Everyone is capable of making mistakes and there is no reason to hate someone because of the choices they have made. The cause for the way that people are is all based off environmental factors and without their experiences then they wouldn’t think and behave the way that they do. Attempting to have empathy for what people have been through can help you battle the frustrations you have and understanding them and finding acceptance can help get rid of the hate a person feels.
