Know how to give weight to words, and not just talk from the head but from the heart.

Review the elemental survey (air) you completed earlier on:to what degree are you aware of how you use your mind and words? Whether you scored low or high, take some time to list the ways you use communication every day.

Begin to use the wisdom of the Observer to see your patterns. Then ask yourself, “How are my thoughts imprisoning me?” Often where you feel trapped is where your mind is being used by your ego to keep the old story running. Your mind gathers evidence, proves and justifies your stories. And he who tells the story tells it best.

Take it one step further. Read the description of Air people. Consider and then journal about what else you are now aware of about your behaviors and patterns. Remember to turn off the ego, turn on the Observer, which is your compassion.

AIR PEOPLE will relate to the following:

• I find words easily and others consider me conversational

• I enjoy watching people and asking questions

• I fill in or finish people’s sentences

• I observe and analyze people

• I easily get bored with people and I am always looking for new people to interact with

• It is easy for me to remember numbers and details

• I am easily distracted by external stimulus

• I change plans/direction easily

• I frequently forget where I put things

• Harmony is essential, even if the cost is high
