Then there was a long pause; we all just sat quietly in the room. Keith was still in trance. Then suddenly someone, Freddie I am sure, started speaking. He said:

I have only been able to come through to you Mary through your dreams and through your mind. This is a wonderful opportunity to say hello. I seem to have so much to say, so many things that I wish to give back to the Earth. I’ve still got my sense of humour and I still like a laugh and a joke. I do want you to write that book, Mary. Many years ago now, when I first recognized that I could reach your mind I knew you were the person who I had to work through. There is a need for some peace on this Earth. Let us talk and write of the peace that is needed on this Earth. Until I changed my body, the body of light that I am now, I didn’t realize that we all carry the same truths in the end. I only understood before this what could be possible for one person and I used this for my music and writing. But looking back it all seemed to be about monetary gain, about the ego, about who I was, not the real message. I did try within my songs, especially the later songs. Most of the music and words I recognized came from a source outside myself. Now I know where that source comes from. Music, words, melodies, fears, where they come from. Nothing on this Earth produces it. It comes from spirit. For the book there will be others who will come through to prepare you to open your mind and allow you to work exactly as we are doing at this moment. Recording it and telling the truth. It will not be a book of my fame and my fortunes. Hopefully it will help to show people a better way forward. There is a starved world out there. What I have learned about the spirit world is that I seem to have to die to learn the truth about many things. I ask you to write this book in the simplest of ways, not cleaver not with any antidotes. Because of my name they will listen. The Mercury Man, I like that, but that’s ego, but I would like that title. Hopefully it will be about the future, about changes in oneself, the nation and the world. We are standing now on the edge of a very frightening time. I lived through one myself the Cold War and the A-bomb. So let’s talk about our lives on Earth. I lived a reckless life. Because of it I used to say if a bomb drops on us, so what, don’t worry about it. If there was something that was a threat in my life I would just say, so what, that was my attitude. I loved life and took the consequences of that love, so what, I lost my sense of responsibility especially in my younger years.
