9. Breakfast Smoothie

This is a great dish for any occasion.

Preparing time: 5 minutes

Serves:6

Ingredients:

● 1 banana

● ½ cup of frozen cherries

● 1 tbsp. of flax seeds

● 2 cups of milk

Directions:

Peel and cut the banana into smaller pieces

Unfreeze the cherries naturally or in a cooking pot.

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix nicely. 30 seconds should be enough.
