1 pound asparagus
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
¼ cup Chili-Smoked Almonds
1 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Heat a grill pan over high heat. Toss the asparagus with the olive oil and sprinkle with the salt. Place the asparagus spears on the grill pan. Grill the asparagus spears, turning them as needed to brown on all sides, for 2 to 4 minutes, until lightly charred and fork-tender. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with the almonds and salt, and serve.
