These chocolate chips cookies are perhaps the perfect kind of cookies you can make to those picky eaters in your home.

Makes: 18 servings

Total Prep Time: 22 to 25 servings

Ingredients:

2 ½ cups of all-purpose flour

1 tsp. of baking soda

¼ tsp. of baking powder

1 tsp. of salt

1 cup of butter, soft

½ cup of white sugar

1 cup of light brown sugar

2 tsp. of pure vanilla

2 eggs

2 cups of chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place a sheet of parchment paper onto a baking sheet.

In a bowl, add in the all-purpose flour, dash of salt, baking powder and soda. Stir well to mix.

In a separate bowl, add in the butter, white sugar and light brown sugar. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth in consistency. Add in the pure vanilla and eggs. Continue to beat until mixed. Add in the flour mix. Beat well until just mixed.

Add in the chocolate chips. Fold gently to incorporate.

Drop the cookie dough by the spoonful onto the baking sheet.

Place into the oven to bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until baked through. Remove and set aside to cool on a wire rack to cool completely.

Serve.
