Buckeye Cookies

I can remember having buckeyes around Christmas time every year, and wishing we could have them at other times of the year as well as wishing I could have them as a cookie rather than a ball of chocolate and peanut butter. After playing with some ideas and experimenting a lot this recipe came to life. It is the perfect combination of peanut butter, chocolate and cookie to satisfy any craving for these delicious morsels called Buckeyes. They are quick and easy, and fun to lick the spoon afterwards!

Ingredient List:

4 oz. chocolate (could be in blocks, or chips)

¼ c softened butter

1 box brownie mix

4 oz. cream cheese

1 egg

1 c creamy peanut butter

1 c powdered sugar
