Put the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Add all the remaining ingredients and shake until a frost forms on the outside of the shaker. Strain the cocktail into a highball glass. Decorate with lime rind and serve.

GIN TROPICAL

4–6 ice cubes

1½ measures gin

1 measure fresh lemon juice

1 measure passion fruit juice

½ measure fresh orange juice

soda water, to top up

orange rind spiral, to decorate

Put half the ice cubes into a cocktail shaker and put the remaining half into a rocks glass. Add the gin, lemon juice, passion fruit juice and orange juice to the shaker and shake until a frost forms on the outside of the shaker. Strain over the ice in the glass. Top up with soda water and stir gently. Decorate with an orange rind spiral and serve.
