DO THIS:

1.  Boil the stones or rocks until they are clean. If you’re using the crystal chips, charge them in a bowl of salt overnight. (Don’t worry—a little leftover salt won’t hurt the plants.)

2.  The next day, set your intention to amplify the herbs’ magickal properties. You can phrase this any way that resonates with you.

3.  With that intention in mind, use the marker to draw a sigil on each jar. (If you’re not into sigils, you can write the words “strength,” “cleansing,” and “focus” instead.)

4.  Holding your intention, gently add a handful of stones and crystal chips (if using) to the bottom of each prepared jar. Then fill the jars with soil to within an inch or two of the rims.

5.  Plant one herb in each jar, covering the roots completely with soil, and lightly water it. Then move your finished garden to a sunny windowsill to soak up empowering solar vibes.

6.  Finish things off with a little enchantment by saying aloud: May these herbs nourish and empower my energy. So mote it be.

Hot Tip

Don’t forget to shower your garden with good intentions and water alike while it grows. The vibes can be constant, but be careful not to over-water. Know the specific water requirements of the herbs you’ve planted. For good magickal measure, you can even use moon water (here).
